Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. The role involves maintaining a clean, efficient line and assisting with various front-of-house tasks.

On-site location with duties that include supervising shifts, supporting food safety compliance, and contributing to staff development and office administration as needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and record-keeping.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and properly functioning.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist when not busy.
• Ensure hand washing, glove changes, and food safety practices.
• Help resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; cross-train crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support office admin duties and manage supplies and banking policies.
