Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained with excellent service. The role requires standing on the line, keeping equipment functional, and stepping in when busy to ensure smooth operations.

You will monitor crew breaks and schedules, cross-train front-of-house staff, assist with performance reviews, and support office tasks such as banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Lead by example, supervise crew, and assist when busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking policies as needed.
