Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by preparing safe, high-quality food and training a capable restaurant crew. The role requires staying on your feet, maintaining a clean line, and assisting with tasks when not busy.

You will support food safety practices, handle cash policies, manage office duties, and contribute to development of front-of-house staff and future leaders.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; keep the restaurant crew well trained and providing good customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Be on your feet and clocked in; evaluate tasks and assist others when not busy.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support training and performance reviews.
