You will ensure compliance with food safety standards, manage line operations, and contribute to a proactive, guest-focused service environment. Restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

• Experience with cash handling policies and POS.
• Ability to mentor and train crew in front-of-house operations.
• Proficient in understanding and applying Chipotle policies.

Responsibilities

• Keep line clean, organized, and equipment functioning.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
