Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You will maintain a clean, organized line and train restaurant crew to deliver great service.

This role requires being on your feet, supervising shifts, resolving issues, and collaborating with the team to uphold standards. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred; knowledge of food safety and cash handling is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior restaurant or quick-service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, high-quality food on the line and ensure proper food handling.
• Keep a clean, organized workstation and ensure line equipment works properly.
• Train and develop all front-of-house Crew members.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
