Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and training the restaurant crew. You will keep a clean line, monitor equipment, and step in to help when needed.

This role requires standing, staying on task, and supporting daily operations across front-of-house tasks. You will contribute to food safety, manage crew breaks and shifts, and assist with office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, daily checklist.
