Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will keep the line clean, train the crew, and support a well-organized operation with properly functioning equipment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of food safety, and the ability to manage breaks, shifts, and schedules while developing future Service Leaders and assisting with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.

• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; manage front-of-house training.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future leaders.
• Handle office tasks like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available and functioning.
