Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a high-quality guest experience by ensuring safe, tasty food and well-trained crew. You will keep the line organized, support shift schedules, and help with front-of-house development.

Responsibilities include resolving customer incidents, training future leaders, and assisting with office tasks while ensuring proper supplies and equipment function. A High School diploma and restaurant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Know cash handling policies and procedures
• Familiar with food safety and health department matters
• Able to read/write Mandarin? (Ignore—keep to actual content)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functioning
• Train and develop front-of-house crew
• Support with crew breaks, shift changes, and meetings
• Assist in office duties such as banking, cash policies, and paperwork
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are available and in order
