Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role also ensures the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers excellent customer service on a busy line.

The position requires knowledge of food safety, cash handling policies, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience. Opportunity for growth and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Proficiency in the primary language of the work location (reading/writing/speaking).
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Ensure crew is well trained and provides good service.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning properly.
• Evaluate tasks when not busy and assist others.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked.
