Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires maintaining a clean, organized line, supervising tasks, and stepping in to complete urgent duties when not busy.

You will monitor food safety practices, support with crew development, and handle occasional office tasks. Restaurant experience and a high school diploma are expected; strong communication and cash handling knowledge are

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and health department awareness.
• Cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and records.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with functioning equipment and oversee crew tasks.
• Monitor hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature on the line and daily safety checklists.
• Assist with crew breaks, shifts, meetings and scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Support with administrative duties such as banking, cash handling and office paperwork.
