Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and effective crew training. The role requires managing a clean, efficient line, supervising shifts, and supporting crew development.

A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred. Responsibilities include food safety adherence, incident resolution, and coordinating line schedules while contributing to office tasks and banking policies.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew, training, and schedule line tasks and breaks.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Support office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
