Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that crew is well trained.
• Keep an organized line with properly functioning equipment and manage crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and cross-training of front-of-house staff.
• Support office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies, and ensure supplies and equipment are in working order.
