The role involves maintaining a clean, organized line, handling duties beyond peak times, and supporting shift operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, restaurant experience, and knowledge of food safety and cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Understand cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line and schedule; manage crew breaks and shifts.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle office duties and ensure supplies and equipment are maintained.
