You will bring a high school diploma, restaurant experience, and knowledge of cash handling and food safety to lead and mentor crew, while supporting daily restaurant operations and office tasks. Promotional growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety on the line.
• Monitor and improve crew breaks, changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew training, performance reviews, and developing future leaders.
• Handle routine office tasks and ensure supplies and equipment work.
