Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. The role involves maintaining a clean line, training staff, and supporting operations on busy shifts.

You will work to resolve food quality issues, support food safety, and help manage crew schedules and performance reviews while contributing to strong restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices (hand washing, gloves, timing, shelf lives).
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and banking policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered.
• Ensure adequate quantities of supplies are available.
