Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and the crew is well trained. The role involves keeping a clean line, training front-of-house staff, and supporting daily operations.

The position requires knowledge of food safety, cash handling policies, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred, with opportunities for advancement and benefits

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department rules.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices and glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Assist in resolving customer incidents for positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support office administration duties and banking controls.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in working order.
