Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and stocked, and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support training for front-of-house staff.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and maintain supplies and banking policies.
