Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while coaching the restaurant crew. The role requires leadership to keep the line clean, staffed, and operating efficiently.

The candidate will train and develop front-of-house Crew, resolve customer and food quality issues, and support office administration tasks. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature on the line, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Help to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in working order and ordered as needed.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
