Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Experience with Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Assist in resolving food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; develop and train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with developing future Service Leaders.
