Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll maintain a clean line, oversee line equipment, and guide crew through scheduling, breaks, and shifts.

The role includes coaching front-of-house staff and supporting office duties to keep operations smooth. You’ll bring knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Understand and apply Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understand Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Familiar with basic office paperwork and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and support crew; monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew evaluations and developing future Service Leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are available and office equipment remains in order.
