Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to understand and use the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist with other tasks when not busy.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Handle miscellaneous office administration duties and keep office supplies stocked.
