Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and the crew is well trained. The role requires leadership to keep the line clean and efficient, with staff supported during busy periods and in performing ancillary tasks.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience, a high school diploma, and knowledge of food safety.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant or fast-casual setting preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department guidelines.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain clean, organized front line and properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor food safety practices and daily safety checklists.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Assist with crew training, schedules, and performance reviews.
• Support office/admin tasks as needed.
