Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high quality food is prepared and served, and the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers excellent service.

You will supervise line operations, monitor safety practices, support the crew with training and scheduling, and help resolve customer issues while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety, glove changes, temps, checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and advancement.
