Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served while maintaining a positive customer experience. You will train and lead the restaurant crew, keep the line organized, and assist with scheduling and daily operations to support our mission of serving better food to everyone.

The role requires strong knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and crew development.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health department requirements.
• Experience handling cash and working with a cash register.
• Experience training and developing crew members.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shift schedules.

Responsabilités

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functioning properly.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Cross-train front of house crew and participate in performance Reviews.
• Support management in office tasks and inventory as needed.
