Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and training a strong restaurant crew. You will keep the line clean, run operations smoothly, and step in to assist when the team is busy.

You will supervise front-of-house staff, monitor shifts, support food safety, and help develop future leaders while providing essential office support and ensuring supplies are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Lead and train restaurant crew and monitor line equipment.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration tasks and banking policies.
• Develop future Service Leaders and support performance reviews.
