Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the crew is well trained and delivers good service. You will keep the line clean and functioning, and assist with office tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring food safety, resolving customer incidents, and coordinating breaks and shifts.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and properly equipped.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Cross-train front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders and assist with admin duties.
