Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep the restaurant line clean and organized, and supervise tasks to maintain smooth operations.

You will support food safety, monitor line equipment, and help resolve customer issues while assisting with crew development and office duties. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on operations in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line safety, time, and shelf life compliance.
• Supervise breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Cross-train front-of-house crew and support performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and manage office tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized service line and functioning equipment.
• Order supplies and manage office paperwork and banking tasks.
