Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by supervising safe, high-quality food preparation and service. You will train a crew, maintain a clean, efficient line, and assist with office tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, food safety compliance, and supporting ongoing staff development to sustain excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist with other tasks when not busy.
• Support crew by monitoring breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supply management.
