Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high‑quality food and training a strong restaurant crew. The role stresses proper line operation and readiness, with attention to safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

You will help monitor breaks and shifts, develop front of house staff, participate in performance reviews, and assist with routine office tasks and supply management.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are stocked.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
