Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and training the restaurant crew.

The role involves managing a clean line, clocked-in work, and supporting daily operations across service and front-of-house tasks. The Service Leader will monitor line performance, assist with crew scheduling, and participate in performance reviews to develop future leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures is a plus.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure high quality food is prepared and served to guests.
• Support crew training and development for front of house staff.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and shift scheduling.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties and paperwork.
