Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves keeping the line organized and equipment functioning, and being ready to assist with any tasks during slow periods.

You will train front-of-house staff, monitor breaks and shifts, and help with office duties as needed to support smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and equipment functioning properly.
• Train and cross-train front of house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration tasks and paperwork as needed.
