Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. This role keeps a clean line, manages line equipment, and supports daily operations.

You’ll help resolve food quality issues, monitor breaks and schedules, develop front-of-house staff, participate in office duties, and uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy while contributing to a fast-paced, people-first workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department matters.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor time and temperature, and enforce food safety policies.
• Resolve customer incidents and strive for positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support with office administration tasks and ensure supplies are available.
