Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; ensure the crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Be on your feet clocked in; when not busy, evaluate tasks and assist others with them.
• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature on the line, shelf lives, Daily Food Safety Checklist adhered to.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties: banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Ensure adequate quantities of supplies.
