Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe and high-quality food and by training the restaurant crew. The role requires staying on your feet during shifts and keeping the line organized with properly functioning equipment.

You’ll develop and cross-train front-of-house staff, help monitor breaks and shifts, and support office tasks while contributing to a smooth operation.

Formación

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Ensure crew is trained and provides good service.
• Keep line clean and equipment functioning; clocked in and on task.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist others as needed.
• Cross-train front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and supply management.
