Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and strong customer service. You’ll train crews, supervise the line, manage schedules, and support front‑of‑house operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know and apply cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Be familiar with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety policies and procedures (hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, shelf lives).
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and with development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks (banking, cash handling policies, paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
