Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring for a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food and by training the restaurant crew.

The role requires standing on the line, maintaining a clean, organized service area, and supporting tasks when not busy. Responsibilities include ensuring great tasting food, resolving quality issues, upholding food safety policies, and assisting with crew performance reviews.

Formación

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsabilidades

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature on the line, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and paper handling.
• Ensure office equipment remains functional and supplies are ordered.
