Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food and by training a capable restaurant crew.

The role requires standing on the line, supervising shifts, and coordinating tasks to keep the operation running smoothly. The candidate should have restaurant experience, a high school diploma, and knowledge of cash handling and food safety policies.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge.
• Cash handling policies.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary work location language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety protocols including hand washing and glove changes, monitor time and temperature on the line, monitor secondary shelf lives, and follow the Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment functions and supplies are stocked.
