Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served. The role requires leading the restaurant crew, keeping an organized line, and ensuring proper line equipment.

You must be on your feet, clocked in, with tasks completed during busy periods. You will help resolve food quality issues, support food safety, monitor crew breaks and line schedules, and assist with crew training and reviews.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required
• Restaurant experience required
• Cash handling knowledge beneficial
• Food safety knowledge beneficial
• Ability to understand the primary language of the work location

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served
• Keep a clean, organized line with functioning equipment
• Oversee crew training and scheduling
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Cross-train front of house crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders
• Support with office duties and supplies management
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are available as needed
