Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role also involves supervising the restaurant crew, keeping the line organized, and ensuring equipment functions properly.

The Service Leader will be on their feet for shifts, stepping in to complete tasks when busy. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety practices, coaching crew, and contributing to office duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork processes.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high quality food is served and customer experience is positive.
• Maintain clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew and supervise breaks, shifts, and meetings.
• Support crew performance reviews and assist with office duties as needed.
• Assist with equipment and supply management and line scheduling.
