Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by preparing safe, high-quality food and guiding a well-trained restaurant crew.

You will keep the line clean and organized, while maintaining high standards of food safety and service. This role requires being on your feet during shifts, supervising breaks and shifts, and helping with scheduling and coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Comfort with basic office paperwork and record-keeping.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food and a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes; support with training and reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office administration as needed.
