Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, and by ensuring the crew is well trained and provides excellent service.

The role requires standing on the line, coordinating tasks, and supporting daily operations. You will monitor food safety practices, resolve food quality issues, and help with crew scheduling, training, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew; monitor breaks and shift changes.
• Assist with crew development and performance reviews; develop future Service Leaders.
