Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and that crew are well trained and provide great service.

The role requires staying on your feet, supervising line operations, resolving issues, and helping with tasks when busy. You will lead front-of-house Crew development, training, and performance reviews, while upholding Food With Integrity principles.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment and ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Supervise restaurant crew, coordinate breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Support training and development of front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
