Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew.

You will keep a clean, organized line and assist with on-the-floor tasks when needed, supporting food safety and daily operations across shifts. The role involves training, scheduling, and developing future leaders, with opportunities for advancement and a paid time-off structure.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in, and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Support food safety by monitoring hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature, and shelf lives.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift meetings.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
