Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served, while ensuring the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service.

The role involves keeping the line organized, monitoring line equipment, and stepping in to complete tasks when not busy. The Service Leader will help monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and meetings, develop front-of-house staff, assist with performance

Qualifications

• Understanding and applying Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and equipped; help oversee crew with breaks, shifts, and meetings.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
