Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will lead a well-trained restaurant crew, maintain a clean line, and keep line equipment running smoothly.

This role requires you to be on your feet, actively contributing when busy and assisting others as needed. You will focus on food safety, customer service, crew supervision, and training, while supporting administrative tasks and office

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Know cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Familiar with office paperwork
• Willing to be on your feet on shift

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature, shelf life
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
• Cross-train front of house Crew and assist with performance reviews
• Help develop future Service Leaders
• Assist with office duties and paperwork
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in order
