Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while guiding a trained restaurant crew. The role requires staying on your feet during shifts and actively guiding tasks when not busy.

You will help resolve quality and safety issues, monitor line operations, support crew training and advancement, and assist with office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
