Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.

The role also focuses on maintaining a clean, organized line and training the restaurant crew to deliver excellent service. The Service Leader will supervise crew performance, coordinate schedules, and support office duties while aiming to develop future Service Leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department standards.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues promptly.
• Support food safety with proper hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Address customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Handle miscellaneous office administration tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
