Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high quality food is prepared and served, while training the restaurant crew. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line, supervising schedule changes, and supporting front-of-house staff.

You will contribute to food safety, resolve incidents, monitor breaks, and develop future leaders, with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety which includes hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, and following Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Developing future Service Leaders and assisting with crew performance reviews.
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
