• Train and supervise the restaurant crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper line operations; monitor equipment and timelines.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and shift meetings; cross-train front-of-house staff.
• Assist with office duties, banking, and cash handling policies.
