Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the crew is well trained. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and help schedule and supervise the team on shift.

You’ll bring knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and restaurant operations, plus the ability to communicate clearly. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak/write/read the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office admin duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and maintained.
